Our Solutions Methodology

Bluenog employs a comprehensive Solutions Methodology that has been used to our customers’ great success. Regardless of the development cycle phase you’re in, this methodology takes a staged approach to delivering enterprise applications that lowers risk and focuses on success during each phase in the process.
The methodology consists of the following 5 steps:

• Project Blueprint - The end result of a proven process that uncovers a project’s critical success factors, the Blueprint is a comprehensive plan to ensure each project’s successful completion.
• Proof of Concept (PoC) – A relatively short (3-6 week) endeavor, the PoC demonstrates the basis of the project in order to get line of business support and funding. Product evaluations are typically done in this stage.
• Architecture Design and Implementation – Once the PoC has been validated, the actual implementation begins. The duration of this phase will vary depending on the overall project scope.
• Validation and QA – This phase actually occurs as a part of the Implementation phase, and beyond. It includes the setup of deployment and testing scripts, as well as other automation tools.
• Ongoing Support/Maintenance – This phase accounts and budgets for the ongoing support of the production application, including customer/end-user support, as well as bug fixes, additional features and enhancements.
