The Open Solutions Alliance (OSA) consists of leading companies dedicated to making enterprise-class open software solutions work together. The OSA helps customers put open solutions to work by enabling application integration, certifying quality solutions, and promoting cooperation among open solutions developers. The OSA’s mission is to expand the market for business open software solutions
through cooperative action that increases awareness of member solutions, reduces barriers to customer adoption, facilitates interoperability, and explains the benefits of open solutions.

Eclipse is an open source community, whose projects are focused on building an open development platform comprised of extensible frameworks, tools and runtimes for building, deploying and managing software across the lifecycle. The Eclipse Foundation is a not-for-profit, member supported corporation that hosts the Eclipse projects and helps cultivate both an open source community and an ecosystem of complementary products and service.

The Apache Software Foundation provides support for the Apache community of open-source software projects. The Apache projects are characterized by a collaborative, consensus based development process, an open and pragmatic software license, and a desire to create high quality software that leads the way in its field. Apache is not simply a group of projects sharing a server, but rather a community of developers and users.
