MultiPlan Standardizes on Bluenog Platform

Bluenog, an Application Infrastructure Software company, announced that MultiPlan, Inc. has chosen Bluenog Rich Portal as its portal platform. Bluenog Rich Portal paves the way to bring open source to enterprise IT shops in an affordable way. The platform is built on top of leading open source projects and Web 2.0 standards and integrates with today’s leading commercial enterprise software vendors.

Bluenog Rich Portal is a JSR-168 compliant portal framework that supports portlet development in a variety of technologies such as Spring WebFlow, Spring MVC, Adobe Flex, Struts as well as PHP and PERL. The portal framework offers full support for entitlements, personalization as well as integrating to enterprise security. Bluenog Rich Portal allows customers to build scalable Web 2.0 applications leveraging technologies such as Flex and AJAX.
